It was a quiet autumn day, Wednesday, November 2, 2022, when we commemorated last year’s lost souls for the first time in ‘their garden’. Relatives were kindly invited to visit the cemeteries of De Nieuwe Ooster and De Nieuwe Noorder. An afternoon dedicated to the roughly 1,500 people who recently lost someone. Each planted a flower bulb that lived through the winter and now blooms in this, our Garden for All Souls.
