From neighbourhood initiatives organised by residents to the best Amsterdam offers in music, theatre, art, culture, sports, and education. All of this in a city brimming with festive joy.

Amsterdam celebrates its 750th anniversary. And it’s going to be a year-long feast! During this jubilee year, there will be daily activities and celebratory moments. From neighbourhood initiatives organised by residents to the best Amsterdam offers in music, theatre, art, culture, sports, and education. All of this in a city brimming with festive joy.
For the occasion, we dress our jubilant capital in an explosion of colour that represents connection and is a celebration of recognition. We developed a clear design language. It is a flexible identity to use all year long, by Amsterdam & partners and especially by ‘Amsterdammers’ themselves. It portrays celebration, diversity, and inclusivity. We proudly present the “750 Slinger”.
The design is easily recognizable, playful, and super user-friendly. We created it with our dear friend Jop Quirindongo from LowRes Creative Studio.
